This project explores architecture as a high-impact visual language, combining striking vertical geometry with an urban setting integrated into a lush green valley.
The tower stands out through its monolithic composition in a warm tone, creating an intentional contrast with the cool glass planes and the natural surroundings. The proposal presents a tower with a contemporary architectural language, guided by the synthesis of formal expression, structural rationality, and visual integration with the natural landscape. Set within a medium-density urban fabric, the main volume was designed to maintain a strong presence at the city scale without compromising the view and legibility of the green valley in the background.
The volumetric composition is organized around a vertical prismatic body, with a continuous glazed central axis and opaque lateral elements of strong plastic presence. This solution enhances the perception of slenderness, establishes a clear hierarchy between solid and void, and contributes to the identity of the ensemble. At the base, a diagonal structural gesture forms a transition portico, qualifying the podium and creating a more permeable architectural interface at street level.
Main architectural guidelines:
Formal concept: monolithic verticality with repetitive façade modulation;
Composition: axial symmetry, with contrast between opaque planes and glazed surfaces;
Podium/base: supporting element with a structural “V” opening, articulating access and pedestrian scale;
Façade rhythm: regular repetition of openings, reinforcing order and visual continuity;
Urban integration: controlled contrast with adjacent buildings while preserving wide visual connections to the natural landscape.
